At Aquaristic Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
